Do you Ship to my Country?
We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country including US, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and more! Orders outside of the US generally take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Order processing time takes 2-3 business days before shipment. Delivery time can take up to 1-3 weeks for the United States. It depends on what you have purchased. You can go to CONTACT US page or email us at support@impressivebro.com for specific shipping times.

PLEASE NOTE: ***Due to supply, sometimes we are shipping directly from manufacturing from overseas instead of our US warehouse. We manufacture our products Worldwide. Shipping is averaging 4 days to 2 weeks, but we always challenge ourselves to surpass your expectation, so we usually promise 7 days to 3 weeks delivery.***

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, of course you can. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number.

I ordered more than one items but only received one. Where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way :)

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order conformation and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.

As we also have our biggest warehouses in China, there would be delay in delivery for some products during Chinese New Year period. This depends on the availability of the products on our warehouses around the world.

Are the "FREE" items really free?
YES! For our promotional purpose, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
